Fearing Loss is inspired by and created to Henryk Goreki's Third Symphony. The music conveys the sorrow of women separated from their families in Poland during WWII. Three women, suspended above the stage in harnesses, descend slowly onto the stage joining three others; their movements grow from soft flight to impassioned athleticism. The dance becomes a dream/ journey through loss toward joy, passionately conveyed through strong, lyrical movement. 30 Minutes.
